Bathory's music has many flaws in tunes, as well as lyrical accuracy and rhytmics, but Quorthon & co legendarity lies in being devoted to promotion of forementioned values through their music and unique expression. Rap,reggae,hiphop is exactly what Bathory stood against.

Blood on Ice. Its a concept album of a story of a young man whos town is massacred by a Beast that he later tracks down and kills after he has had his body changed a little to be able to take on the Beast without dying. This song is about a special lake that you put your eyes into and then you can see from within as the song suggests. I think its because he cant look directly at the Beast or hes finished.
