That's digusting that he would say such a thing. He's probably out hiding in his bunker as I type this. He really should be arrested for war crimes. But, since he's "above the law", I guess that won't happen.

Cheney's explanation of the president's powers during wartime seems to imply that perpetual war is in the governments best interest. That's a scary thought. I wonder why Cheney isn't being investigated for his (probable) misdeeds while CEO of Halliburton and his misuse of power while VP. He's a very scary guy.

Cheney and Bush disgust me. With their arrogance they only gave birth to so many problems that would not have existed without them.

Funny how Cheney basically says: We could have nuked the entire world, so stfu to any of those "small details" and "minor crimes" we did - ill logic.

People in this country who believe that Bush or Cheney are criminals are so comforted by the security that they and the U.S. military have given them since 9/11 that they are stupid enough to threaten that very security by believing that becoming friendly with the rest of the world and electing a man like Barack Obama that will return the days in which we close our eyes and believe that people will only love us if we are nice to them. That happened under Bill Clinton and it caused 9/11.
