  • That is too cool!

  • delightful. i regognize my approach to music. u live in berlin? come to our studio, jupiter 4 hanging around there among his peers..

  • @omnivorace Merci beaucoup! Moi, aussi. J'aime bien le web ;-)

  • Gets better with every listen!

  • @Sjobeck7 A repeat listener? I'm honored. Thank you! ;-)

  • Amazing improv! Such beauty from that promars!

  • @The7thINFANTRY Thank you very much! Isn't she a beauty?

  • Excellent.

  • @aeryalmusic :-)

  • I liked that!! I would listen to it all the time!! Lots of people are making money off improv like this!

  • @SpiralishCandy Are they? Where? How? Tell me, tell me! Thanks for listening :-)

  • Bravo

  • @gianfuzzi :-)

  • you should do some more improvisations and record them on cassette.if you do i would like to get a copy. this is rad.this jam inspired similar jams here at the golden poppy studio.

  • @77buckbeak77 I like that idea of recording straight to tape. I recently got my old Sony Walkman Pro out from storage and bought -- well, ordered -- some cassette tapes ;-)

  • very beautiful...finally one who is musical and the sound comes not from the camera-mic...and this two synth sounds great!!!

  • @traumaduo Thank you! Yeah... most camera-mics sound terrible! It's really not that difficult to be recording good audio at the same time as filming... so I don't understand why anyone would use the camera mic unless they had to (say at a live performance).

  • Certainly not too long. Space music needs a lot of length... Really nice

  • @antoninprochazka Thanks. Indeed, sometimes it takes a bit of time to get things flowing....

  • Your description is how music evolves. I find it strange that some people don't recognize real music doesn't just exist. You have to search for it & understand it's meaning. Descover it's heart & soul. Only then can you truely become at one with it.

    Sounding great. Keep funking

  • @funkb0x :-)

  • Nice sound!

  • You are a master performer. The influence of T.R. is obvious, nevertheless your style is more compact, concise. Truly awesome.

  • @marsupialmicron Thank you! TR is a great inspiration, it's true. His Persian Surgery Dervishes are just amazing!

  • Analog beauty! I just adore how you play these sweet synthesizers; there's something unique about analog waveforms. I find them a lot more hypnotic... it's sort of a trance that engulfs you into musical ecstasy. My guess is because they can hit a lot more frequencies due to being continuous rather than digital (the bass you can get on a Juno 60 is *so* rhythmic).

Gorgeous melodies, as always! I like the dreamy feel and subtle lead changes... amazing & genius. And I'm hard to please ;)

  • @raymangold22 Thanks so much for the excellent feedback. I'm hard to please as well... but I'm pleased with your comment! ;-)

  • This is great!

  • @shaktierling :-)

  • This is really nice, i enjoyed watching it ( and Jupiter-4 Promars is one of my favorite synths ). Greetings!

  • @synthlab Thanks for watching! Yes... I love those two synths. They make such a great pair. Cheers!

  • Great little improv and very Klaus Schulze!

  • The way you do your improvisation gives me inspiritation for making analog sounded music.

I also make many improvisations but forget to record them.........

Great job and great Roland sound!

  • @peter160266 Thank you for listening. Please don't forget to record your improvs! ;-)

  • I wish you filmed (ah... VIDEOED - showing my age?) more sessions like this. I love this kind of improvisation - it's wonderful to listen to (and watch!) and INSPIRATIONAL!!!

Many thanks Clark - and hoping to hear more from you in 2011 - Happy New Year!

    NDI

  • @ndiboomer You're SO right... I should record more of these! Thanks so much for your encouragement.

  • @caressxofxsteel Thank you! Yes, the go very well together, the Promars and the Jupiter-4. More duets are coming!

  • awesome sound from the two beauties together!

  • @retrosound72 Thanks, retro ;-) I know how much you appreciate old synths!

  • QUIT APOLOGIZING! :P

  • @ndiboomer Yes. Terrible habit. It's sincere though. But still terrible.

  • I miss you - wonderful improv - THANK YOU!
