Liverpool Docks Future Development Plans Movie

This is Liverpool and therefore it will never happen. As someone said below Liverpool is not a financial hub so why would it happen? I hope it does though. We've falling behind the likes of Manchester over the years in terms of investment. I'd love them to do something with Dale street - royal insurance building or the street between lime street and I think it's hardman street is an awful sight

no way this will happen, The lib dem council had done a lot for liverpool but there was so much more it could and should of done ie the brunswick tower, the fourth grace, the lime street tower, the otterspool tower and one on the dock road plus the tram system. This could have all been done before the credit crunch and would of changed the face of liverpool making it more an american or far east major city, instead of just a few apartment buildings being built

If they built all of them building i would see them all from my house! Liverpool would not suit buildings designs like that!

Thats the problem with a city being on the waterfront, you cant have massive buildings unlike London, Birmingham, Manchester there all inland and loads o high rise skyskrapers can be built!

All looks very nice but here's my message to english man livin in seattle..i am liverpool man livin in liverpool and there is one thing that is missing in this video madness apart from recent structures like city lofts, beetham tower, liverpool 1 and echo arena..the one and most important thing..Liverbirds...do u really think any future dockland development would not contain the most important part of our heritage?

Don't be fooled, it's a pipe dream. It would take years of investment to get even one of those buildings up, don't hold your breath for anytrhing like that. If that's a vision of Liverpool, I'm afraid it won't be in mine or your lifetime!

WOW!  LiverPool will never be the same. Its a double edge sword. I think of all the mariner souls and their families and neighborhoods who existed there and died there..
