  • What time slot was this?

  • @nrwilliams015 Not 100% sure, possibly weekdays at 3 or 3:30...

  • I remember getting glo friends for xmas! lol

  • The pill commercial only made me want the pills more. Nothing is more appealing to kids than singing pills.

  • I loved this promo !!! especially when it was the transformers being promo'd

  • Amazing. Been a long time, 24 years, when I gave a crap about watching TV!

What I miss most is that PIXX game... the one where you say "PIXX" and they fire the lazers on an intelivision game.

  • OH!!!! I loved GloFriends!

  • Actually, Dauthor,

Busta Rhymes interpolated the first verse of "We're Not Candy"

on the FOLLOW-UP single, which was "Dangerous".

Interestingly enough, another group called The Flatlinerz, one of the spearhead acts of the Horrorcore sub-genre of Hip-Hop, recorded a song called "Scary-us" THREE YEARS PRIOR to "Dangerous" that featured that same verse as the chorus, replacing the word "serious" with "scary-us".

This was on Terminator X's second and final project album.

    > Professor DLC

  • @Dauthor its actually Busta Rhymes "Dangerous" but I like the pill version better! LOL

  • I somehow always remembered seeing We're Not Candy on 5 instead of 11.

  • I remember these two logos since I was a kid when it was at the end of "Superfriends". They also shown the HB "Swirling Star" logo appeared right before the LBS logo. I used to watched that since I was a kid when it was on WPIX-TV.

That was long before WB decided to plastered all the logos from the reruns of "Superfriends".
