This game is my personal GOTY 2009 and one of my top 10 favorites of all time. If you were to list everything that's wrong with the game you would make a biiiiig list. But on the other (bionic) hand: the swinging. It makes the game. I've played this game from start to finish about 15-20 times. It's just fun. Also Groeder is pretty rad too.

The biggest bug I have with this game is its save function. I hate how I can get through half a level, find 5 of 8 collectibles and then die. Then I have to start the level over again and recollect the five collectibles I already got the first time and if I die again I have to do it all over again. If I reach a goal then it should save me at that point of the level. The swinging is fun but I think I hate this game just for the auto save issue.

I've rated this a garbage game due to the LAGEH in multi-player. The weapon selection is meager and the over all combat system is bland & unbalanced..

The voice overs were amazing though, and story-plot actually is worth while. In the end It's still a rental.

This is such a fun game. The only thing stopping me from buying it, is the lack of a newgame+ feature. It boggles my mind why they would have a level select feature, but not let you save in it. Meaning if you didn't find all the collectables or complete all the challenges on a level or on your first playthrough... you're pretty much forced to restart the game completely and start from scratch. I'm not sure why they did that, as that definitely hurt the replay factor in this game.

You've sold me on a rental. Considering the type of game that it is, I can probably get everything out of it in a couple week's worth of play.

Visually it's stunning. Rearmed was really a fun game by the guys at GRIN, and it's nice to see a fully next gen realized BC.

good review I gave it a 5 out of 10 , but that was my fault I started playing it on commando thinking that it was the medium difficulty but it was the hardest and in that mode you get less ammo and you die in one shot and the radiation will kill you in one second but I beat it on that and then tried it on hard and it was a cake walk compared to commando . but thats my fault I play the hardest modes usually so the game lasts longer but multiplayer is still fun as hell

Hey should I buy this game? I'm a big fan of the spiderman games (only spiderman 2 lol ^^) so the swinging part feels good and I'm not like the hardcore shooter who plays cs and games like that... :P

The swinging around looks to be similar to some of the Spider man games that have been released. And it is nice to see games get away from the duck-and-cover-and-shoot that's been going on lately.

Well I do recommend it highly for people interested in trying it out. I feel with its somewhat flawed firearms, the cheap deaths, and the odd story, it has many moments that shine through like an amazing game, yet some things bring it down a bit.

And thats still very true. Reviews should be looked at by people to see if the game is something there even remotely interested in from a visual/gameplay/fun mechanic view point. If the game review/video does any of that, I say fuck the scores and play the game then. Then you get the legit review score. Your very own! :D Thanks for posting man.

Ive played bout 3/4 of the PS3 vrsn and I give it 8/10, exploration and fighting are balanced, as Uncharted had too much action, Lara in Underworld seem like a lilliputian and scale was off

I liked them both alot. Re-armed because of its fashion to keep the traditional game going and the clasic vibe. The new one as well because damn, there isnt another game out there like it really. It a unique action game in a generation with lots of copied games.
