  • First of all, I love your workouts. I do two or three of them every day! So fun and you can really feel it!

    I have a question for you Tiffany: I am already pretty slim but I would like to get more toned. I walk/jog an hour 3-4 times a week and like I said I do 2-3 of your workouts every day. I still have a little belly fat though not a lot. It's just there. I'm 5'3 and 128 lbs. I have a medium build. I eat a lot of carbs I've realized... what can I do to replace them? I eat a carb in every meal.

  • @hefinca replace your carbs with more protein if you get hungry eat chicken, fish, beans, lentils or almonds.

  • hi tiffany, I think this is the best work out for students like me who do not have time to go to the gym. I am a nursing student and my schedule at school is very hectic. I was so happy when i discovered your videos because not only that it helps me get in shape but it also gives me lots of enery, clear mind and i have noticed that I am more awake in lectures now. haha. thank you very much!   • i just started your workouts im sore very sore but it feels great! do i do just one video 3x a day or all the videos 3x a day? and how soon could i expect results? im on a low sugar low carb low glycemic diet is that a good way to lose fat? thank u and your work outs are GREAT!!!

  • Hey Tiffany I know You say its a Full Body Workout but I Want to lose some weight off my thighs (I look like a pear lol) So if i do this for half an hour and i drink lots of water will that lose the weight i want to lose off my thighs by any chance?

  • I love your workouts~! It's hard to find ones these good for free on the internet these days, and they don't require expensive equipment either. All I can say is that if I was one of the girls in the background I would be so much less calm and relaxed than them, I'd be panting heheh! (^__^)

  • I absolutely adore your workouts. The best part for me is that not all of your background people are super tiny, blonde, white girls in bikini tops like in the ones I used to watch. (Not trying to be racist here, but I do se a lot of that) Seeing people my size and bigger doing these workouts is MAJOR inspiring. If I ever want to give up I look at someone bigger than me and go "SHE'S not giving up, why should I?" Thank you SO much.

  • @BoisterousLunatics Thanks for noticing that! People come in all shapes and sizes and fitness does not have one size. I am proud of my girls and I wanted to show them off! One girl has lost about 100 pounds doing my workouts.

  • Tiffany I think it would be best to have an OVER_WEIGHT woman is ALL of your workouts, not just a few. Please try to do this for future workouts.

    I'm not large, I'm kinda slim, but I got some more fat at some parts, ex. my stomach, it's like a bun that stands out, and my butt, it's not thight... I want to tone my muscles and thight my body shape.

    I started with your vids yesterday and I can feel that it's already helping me, I saw results today!!!(from yesterday-I trained my waist).

    But do you have any vids where you train your butt? THANKYOU! :-)

  • @Moldyish WEll, the thing about fat is your body burns it where it is at. The butt and boobs usally have a lot of fatty tissue so yes you will lose there. Good news you can SHAPE the muscles into beautiful curves by doing my workouts. Sexy is as sexy does :)

    tryin to lose weight round my middle where i carry all my weight. im not large but im not too slender either. is this ideal for me or should i try something else? i heard you had to shed excess fat before toning. :)

  • @dragonstick18 Both! if you do it 2 or 3 times you will burn fat. If you do it just once you will burn calories and start toning your muscles.

  • @dragonstick18 Your body will burn fat where it is at, and usually the areas you want ot lose most go last, But no worries, these workuts are designed to work your whole body, shape your muscles, improve your posture, lift your butt , shrink your waist and tighten your abs. Just be consistent and stay away from sweets and junk food and you will get great results!!
