  • Brilliant!! (and very funny too - Noel Fielding eat your heart out!)

  • this concert is sponsored by Aspirin!

  • what is this?!? O.O

  • AJAJAJAJAJAJA VAYA CACHO PARIDA MACHO XDDD

  • MI CEREBRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Not bad, I like the tea kettle whistle -- especially the loop at the end -- but the music is "Spirit They've Gone, Spirit They've Vanished" by Animal Collective!

  • hehehehehehehehehe

  • Pretty disturbing.

  • Why are they ruining one of my favorite songs?

  • smack that little bastard wi a bat

  • the ironic part for you hatin' ass haterz is that i honestly enjoyed the sound piece ha ha ha sleep well in the knowledge that you only serve to propagate your own bigotry

  • No kuuleppa "sshuck", ei tommosella videolla mittää meriittejä nostella, ainakaan jos on vähänkää normaali.

  • haha!

  • I don't understand what's going on here! Please somebody explain to me!

  • is this fuckin Tim and Eric? lol

  • the pic of the vid looks like the woman sticks a stick in his ass

  • O_o

  • whats the song underneath? sounds like animal collective

  • @ateaytu Someone earlier was trying to say something about a mathematical sine wave and spelled it as syne. They deleted their comment now. And I can read philosophy and compare it to music through other sources too if I like. I do like to read about philosophy, so thank you for that.

  • My computer freezed during watching this video and made nearly a same crazy high sound so i had to push the reset button to fix it.

  • ...This isn't Stockhausen, and it's called a sine wave, not a syne-wave.

  • @AyumuVanguard To me, it is more a "sein" wave ( as in "sein und dasein") since if Martin Heidegger could compose music to present his philosophy this would be close to what it would sound like. From an existentialist appraisal, we do not have "non-being", since in the case of music that would be silence. I wish I could explain this more clearly, but I am bumping up against the youtube character limit on comments. (When this comment ends abruptly, you will know why.) Anyway, if one compares t

  • this is Animal Collective's song Spirit They've Vanished, not Stockhausen.

  • it's scary!!!

  • Great! It's witty and perplexing and short (always to be recommended) and complex and multi-layered and not taking itself too seriously. Yet it also manages to be - for me at least- a really interesting piece of music or sound sculpture or whatever you want to call it. Love it!

  • Does anybody know the name of that Orbison song?

  • man, i sure wish poeple would make this the new rick roll

  • That's right, you take it up the ass from that wheelchair midget. Makes me horny.

  • I feel like my brain got raped

  • el temazo del verano!

    jajaja

Stockhausen no deja de sorprenderme (a manera morbida)

  • yes brilliant! is the broom and the man supposed to symbolize (anal) sex? did stockhausen create the video as well?

  • There will be always enough stupids to hail any crap as a masterwork.

  • @laurion69 Stockhausen IS a master. Looking up one video containing a work of his doesn't mean you're automatically Stockhausen-proficient.

  • @SomeShows

Yes he was a master ... in composing mastercraps.

  • @laurion69 HURR HURR UR SO FUNI

  • @MusicaRicercata

Funnier or less fun than this rubbish? X-D

  • @laurion69 As funny as the fact that you have "Interview with Arnold Schoenberg" on your favorites.

  • This is scary as shit!

  • future porn. nice....

  • Brilliant!

  • Do not disturb me. That's a completely noise!

  • Btw the purposeful misleadingness of the video title is not appretiated.

  • This is pretty disgusting. I guess that's supposed to be a part of art. It has some effect, perhaps even some meaning, though mostly in the video or perhaps how the music accompanies it. I would not watch it again

  • Isn't it very similar to an Aphex twin video????

  • I dare to think that the people who chose to make a video like that about stockhausens music did not even understand his intention at all but just saw the aspects of "doing something strange"...

  • @Simson616 What would those true intentions be? I have a master's degree in music, but I still don't understand what Stockhausen's point was. To me it all just seems conceited, and not worthwhile, in either the musical or the philosophical sense. I'm all for contemporary music, like Ligeti, Haas or Rihm, but Stockhausen just seems like a glorified hack to me.

  • well I - having just started studying music - think that refering to this kind of music it's the acoustic color which would be used to express the intention or the artists association with the topic - in this case the singing of these young boys. (I'm refering to a much better version than this one above) I guess he wanted to express the "character" of a typical rather wild little boy as well as the charakter of his voice while singing. I'd have written much more but typelimit won't let me u.u"

  • Is your MM in composition?

  • Jesus H Christ!

  • my brain a splode

  • TEMAZO! XD

  • I wish this video had been by somebody famous, so I could read everybody going crazy for it, praising its merits and telling everybody else how stupid they are.

  • @sshuck Don't worry, I'd be glad to go crazy and tell you how stupid you are. You are welcome.

  • The being by which nothingness comes into the world is a being such that, in its being, the nothingness of its fucking being is in question.

  • That fucking freaked me out. Jesus Christ.

  • garbage, pure garbage!

  • Stockhausen never composed something good...

  • He never composed something good: he composed among the best works ever written.

  • Hush.

  • Oh come now; you know it's true. ;)

  • @SmallRubberFeet you gay bro

  • terrible! not stockhausen

  • utter crap

  • way to not mention animal collective.

  • this is fucking great !!!

  • i think that the music is fascinating and perplexing work of sonic art, the video is though is crass and though admittedly imaginitive, not terribly deep.

  • Bravo! What a masterpiece! :D

  • Merd

  • whyyy???

this is NOT gesang der junglinge....

  • wtf? i feel very confused....

  • yeah ok....

  • Pretty good

  • Stockhausen??? Wo0oo0ow‼

  • it's sexual :)

  • The music being used in this video is Animal Collective's "Spirit They've Vanished" unless they themselves were altering some other music.

  • yes ! i guess this is why it is disabled avant garde lol

  • :-I

  • Psycho o_O
