Better than Alvin? I find that highly unlikely. While there are better animators than Alvin (DestructionSeries, Short Factor, PacBoy etc), at your current level of skill, I don't really see that happening. But then again, Alvin hasn't been on Newgrounds at all in over a year, so I am beginning to think he's quit. He's on YouTube, he's on DeviantART, but there's been literally no activity on Newgrounds. So I guess you have plenty of time.
We'd better discuss this in private (at our YouTube pages, for example). I'd like to help you with your animation, but I haven't started with my own yet, so I guess I can't answer all of your questions... However, I CAN help you with things like where to get sprites, backgrounds, etc. from. But I recommend to watch videotutorials and 'play' with your animationsoftware (I use Flash 8) because that should be the best way to learn things.
Alvin Earthworm made a mistake when he called you a deuche bag. Be Warned tho, when you flash becomes a threat to him, he's going to step it up a notch. Get ready!
I really do not understand why people make such a big deal out of this... You don't make a sprite movie 'to be better' than anyone else (at least I don't), so please stop being so competitive. Además tienes que trabajar más en los cuadros por segundo y en que los textos son muy rápidos para leerlos y tambien en la historia que no sé si es secuela de SMBZ o que chingados porque se supone que los amigos de sonic estaban muertos.

nice man, keep at the series, the fighting sequences are really good, some of them better than super Mario bros z, and I like the use of more characters, I hope to see more heartless characters, Amy was so cool there, and will you be making more animation tutorials, i hope to get a program and be able to do things like this myself someday. Alvin is right, the fame is going to possess you. Try to not be that proud of your series. You only did 3 episodes. Try to make more episodes and a even higher fame.
I like both, but because 50 thousand people post SMBZ, and only rpgfan posts MSBAF, it makes a lot more sense and I don't have to scan and scan and scan the search lists just to find the right episode part numbers. And I like story more than an entire episode of a fight.
His series is ok, the fight scenes are pretty good but comparing it to smbz is just out of reach, its like comparing a paint animator to proxcide.... dont sprite for competetion, make animations for fun and the trill of getting better instead.

1.:he has more episodes.

nice man, keep at the series, the fighting sequences are really good, some of them better than super Mario bros z, and I like the use of more characters, I hope to see more heartless characters, Amy was so cool there, and will you be making more animation tutorials, i hope to get a program and be able to do things like this myself someday. I like both, but because 50 thousand people post SMBZ, and only rpgfan posts MSBAF, it makes a lot more sense and I don't have to scan and scan and scan the search lists just to find the right episode part numbers. And I like story more than an entire episode of a fight.

His series is ok, the fight scenes are pretty good but comparing it to smbz is just out of reach, its like comparing a paint animator to proxcide.... dont sprite for competetion, make animations for fun and the trill of getting better instead.

Okay, just to clear up any miconceptions, I think your series is okay. Sure there is going to be a huge crossover of characters in the series which I don't particularly enjoy but the animation is good and the plot is interesting.
The reason I called you a "douchebag" is because you're too proud and arrogant. "My series will be better than SMBZ! My cock is bigger than yours!"

Second of all, how can you win when all you do is copy his series in every direction, only difference in yours is the extra character and slight changed plot.
