Andre Rieu just made a show, changed the lirics. He just used the song. He didn't even tried to feel its soul.

Rieu used the song because he wanted to show his own interpretation of the work of art by Lev Knipper. This proves to be the true work of art as it provokes meaningful changes in the listeners. Rieu is a great conductor (one of the best ever) but he is also a great artist! I love this interpretation of Poliushko Polie.
