  • This is fantastic! So funny! xD

  • Also, Britons are not a race.

  • Omg i want an australian version

  • Almost more adorable when it's English

  • I don't see why people have a problem with this. I'm British, I don't care.

  • Stereotypes f*****g brilliant (I'm British)

  • It's the Cambridge Cheerleading Team.

  • I'm British and I approve of this.

  • LOL I like how you guys think we talk like that xD

  • Love it :)

  • can you make an australian version

  • Thank you. Merlin's beard this was hard to understand before you translated it old chappettes.

  • I'm English and this is us all over. :L

  • This was amazing, and must I say your british accent is beautiful! Much better the the horrific chav and street slur I have to hear everyday here in England! Bravo my dear, bravo!

  • I'm British, and I laughed so hard! But this sort of accent is called 'Posh' these days. :)

  • "Oodles of hullaballoo" I'm British and I find this whole thing hilarious! So don't get butthurt guise!

  • Brilliant! but it's called posh nowadays

  • and this is the good British accent

  • i'm japanese and i find this hilarious ((wat

  • I'm offensive and I find this brittish :)

  • lol its funny because we dont actually talk like that :)

  • @xbox3601111

unless there are any americans within earshot, because its fun to mess with those guys :P

  • LOL.

    "Indeed."

  • Hahaha. XD I'm British, but I found this hilarious.

Bravo! Bravo, I say! Jolly good and all that.

  • hmmm what so racist about this video? fluttershy cheering bravo?

  • The world would be better if we ALL spoke like this

  • People are offended by this... I'm Texan, so I suppose Applejack was invented just to poke fun at me. *rides into sunset crying on a horse named Silver*

  • Really people? YOU find this racist? My god wtf is wrong with u guys.

  • Ponies that are English*

  • It's usually Americans who find something like this racist. Being American myself, I'd say there's a lot of racially conscious dumbasses here, who flinch every time they hear the word "black", when they're not even part of the group that's supposedly being "offended".

Though I would say that Rainbow Dash seemed a bit too proper, a cockney accent would've fit her better.

  • I'm British, and I laughed like hell. xDD Do it again!

  • I'm English (and I mean I specifically identify as English and NOT British, I'm like that) and this is brilliant stuff. People are just stupid.

Tally ho old bean! Time for a quick brew and a slice battenburg.

  • haha this is funny

but english people are not like that, just so we're clear

  • BRITISH IS NOT A RACE YOU FUCKING IDIOTS

  • I think the only person that speaks like this is the Queen XD Nevertheless, I really enjoyed it, and I'm British :D

  • It isn't racist but I do have one slight problem with it.

    Fluttershy is too loud.

  • Wow...I like fluttershy even more now! Sexually attracted? Perhaps..Good show old bean!

  • i like it its funny

  • Aha! I LOVE this...and I happen to be british ;D I'd love to see an old film episode of this with these accents hehe x3

  • I'm British and love this.

  • @AlexLong1000 Me too.

  • lol this voice is very good, and is actually a really well spoken (and rather exaggerated) upperclass English accent, does where is the voice artist from? 'cause well done to her.

  • HAAH. I love how ANYONE could think of this as racist!! If we, as British people still talked like this, I think the world would be a happier place

  • @ThatBigEyedFreak Good show. England has quite gone to pot recently with the vernacular these young ragamuffins employ.

  • I watched this yesterday...I had a horrible nightmare...

  • i lol'd

  • does anyone actually speak like this anymore?

  • I'm also British and I love this xD

  • I am British and i find this hilarious! XD

  • @mubblelyon right on old chap, right on

pit pit and tally ho...jk, i don't talk like its 100 years ago but dam was this funny

  • this does not comply to south wales

  • england approves

  • This is racist towards British people.

  • I am British. And this is hilarious. It sounds very stereotypical, but I burst out laughing.

  • wow, if you're offended by this you are literally Hitler.

  • And clearly this isn't "racist", since the voice-actress is clearly British, and quite lovely.

  • only one family in england talks like this, and there german!!!! i am ofcourse talking about the royal family, still liked the vid though

  • Bravo!

  • GLORIOUS!!! i love you for saying 'merlins beard' at the end haha

  • I SAY!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm British, and I approve of this!

  • THAT WAS FUCKING FANTASTIC.

  • It's funny 'cause British isn't a race.

  • 1800's British accent=/=Modern British accent. As long as people know the difference, I see no reason why this should offend people. :P

Btw, I am British, nice work on the syncing (=

  • Please don't remove this video just because of some easily offended british people. This made my day and I'd like to view this hilarious video whenever I feel like it, as will hundreds of people like me. These humorless people are just a minority.

  • Loser im english but i speak jordy

  • I am british and I find this really fucking funny. One who cannot laugh at a stereotype is a prick. Though if you went to britain today it would take about 2 minutes for you to realise its not as nice as a place people make it out to be. In manchester, its about as rough as New York...

  • I'm am British and I am not bothered by this at all, I think your 1800s british accent is very well done and the only person who would call you racist is some loudmouthed yank trying to score brownie points with some fictional overloard that some religion told then is real.

  • As a Briton I must protest. There is hardly enough tea!

  • I'm british and I lol'd XP XD

  • Hey Easily Offended People, Knock knock...

    E.O.P: who's there?

    FUCK OFF!

Thumbs up if you get the reference.

  • I think I understood only half of it...

  • OH! MY! GOD!! More of these!!

  • Amazing!

  • I'm 100% British and I whole heartedly endorse this video

  • i thought she said brethren

  • ... I'm only part British... ._. Does my approval of this still count? <:3c

  • IM BRITISH AND I APPROVE

  • And that's why the only people that visit the UK are tourists, and they don't stay for long.

  • I SAY!

  • I say! = Louder? lol

  • this isn't racist

    this is FUNNY

  • I'm Canadian and this is the best s*** eh?

(Read in Canadian accent :3 )

  • im british... AND I F***ING LOVE THIS

  • as a Englishman i found this delightfull.

  • Im British and that was absolutly top notch old bean, Bravo!

  • I want to see more British ponies! :D

  • What?! Take this video down?! Hell no! Keep it up forever! If people are being "offended" by this sucks to be them. If they're being that bothersome turn of comments.

  • You could just, ignore messages about this and leave the video up.

  • Pfft, turn off comments if people are being too retarded. I found this rather amusing and it would be a shame for it to be taken down. Too much good stuff gets taken down now as it is. People need to grow a backbone or get off the internet if they can't take the heat.

  • @BlueTao Who actually gets offended by this? I and all my (English) friends find it amazing. tbh it actually gets sort of annoying when everything on tv has an American accent even in England.

  • Excellent.

  • That was nothing like an English accent...

    Not nearly enough swearing.

  • ... I'm an englishman and I talk like that. Some people need to learn to be tolerant.

  • (T_T) yes i am offended no one in their mind would talk like that... not even posh people

    'pip'

  • Ah, I imagined your friend and you study languages, therefore your friend knowing a lot of typical british expressions. I did not know people where offended by accents or sayings. For the sake of fun-for-everyone I must keep this in mind.

Also, offensive country stereotyping's correct term would be 'Xenophobic'. The British aren't a race.

  • haha! They rogered the boogley!

  • Comment removed

  • This...is...HOW CAN PEOPLE BE OFFENDED BY THIS?!

So British people (used) to talk like that. Get over the supposed offense and just enjoy it!

  • @FromMyPerspectPhoto american people used to talk like this, posh american sounds more like this than posh english

  • this is racist? No, this is prejudice, feeling different to a certain group. racist is to treat said group differently because of there difference. i doubt the uploaded discriminates against British people. we are all prejudice. that fine. Racism is actual discrimination and is NOT ok.

  • @upbeatanime their*

  • ...for the love of god and all that is holy...please make an entire episode like this.

  • @melrius

I fully agree, you should totally redub an entire episode.

  • why do all americans assume english people are either ridiculously posh or ridiculously cockney??? the majority of english people speak neither way, even our queen doesnt speak very poshly and pretty much the only place you will find cockneys is in a small area in london

  • @branominal all americans dont assume that. im one of them that doesnt.

  • @branominal funny accents are not assumptions about an entire culture, they are giggle-worthy bits. remove bug from ass.

  • @Fratley762 and yet when you ask pretty much any american to do an english accent they do cockney or posh

  • @branominal If a person asks an american to "do an english accent" are they asking them to speak pretty much the same way with some rearranged emphasis or are they asking for a funny caricature? It obviously depends, but do you think a MLP:FIM comedic dub is the scene for tasteful accuracy? nobody else does.

  • @branominal probably because the media advertises the posh accent. it's really no big deal.

  • @RoxyTocin62210 silly american media...

  • @branominal They do it in spanish-speaking countries too.

  • Wow! I laughed my butt off! Great voice over work!

  • for a video with this many views, you expect no one to send you stupid mail?

  • Dear Brits: If this offends you, upload a video that ridicules the U.S. It won't be very hard; we do most of the work ourselves. :)

  • This isn't racist at all, what are people talking about?

  • EVEN BRITISH LOVE THIS :D

If only we still talked like this!

  • I'm British and I find this hilarious

  • Im British (not English, that is a language.) and i think this is quite funny. Although its Old British speech, If it was from somewhere like Manchester then it would be a Whole different story.

  • I'm English, any English offended by this are retards. It is clearly not a video to be purposely racist and the way they talk was actually common upon high society a couple of centuries ago. Read Pygmalion. (i think that's how it's spelt)

  • Please don't remove the video, we love it too much.

  • Why would you remove the video? Isn't that what the people who are complaining want?

  • this is something Monty Python would do, go overborad with 'ye oldey' british, like it!

  • HAHAHHA I love it! And yeah... we do sound like this sometimes XD Heehhee

  • Yeah, you only talk like that if you live in a Harry Potter book. Or the South.

  • @LordVeneral Actually we talk like this in the midlands, east and west too XD

  • im british and find this funny

even though nobody talks like that in our coruntry

  • Later on:

"An audible, explosive light refraction of a shock wave in air! She succeeded! She succeeded! MUCH EXUBERANCE!!!"

  • That is the greatest thing I've ever watched. Brohoof. A Thousand Times Brohoof! Jolly Good Show old chap!

  • Oodles of hullabaloo!

  • OODLES

  • Wait, we don't all speak like this? Oh bother, one must appear jolly daft to one's acquaintances.

  • No one talks like that over here lol! I'm not offended though- it's all in good fun. People that are offended by this need to grow up.

  • People were offended by this? Ha, losers.

  • this is fantastic.

  • bloody brilliant! good show! I had a jolly good time old chap!

    no really it was BRILLIANT!

...and just so everyone is clear, British isn't a race, it's a nationality. so even if this was offensive, which it isn't unless you are overly sensitive to an extreme, so you CAN'T be racist against the British.

  • British Rainbow Dash sound too awesome! D=

  • rofl, british here:

    NEEDS MORE SHERLOCK

  • LOL, I'm british and I found this fucking hilarious and not offensive.

  • I'm Irish and find it Funny, In all fairness I don't think where your from matters, or changed the fact it's funny? Just enjoy it.

  • Im English, and i genuinley find this funny. But WE DONT SPEAK LIKE THAT! This is how the queen might sound like, but we don't sound that much different than americans or whatever. Not where im from anyway. Just clearing things up, Not offended at all, But we DONT SOUND LIKE THAT! XD

  • @RednaxelaMLP I'm sick of people like you saying 'We don't speak like that.' No one gives a shit. The people that made this video are from the UK, you fool. And if you sound similar to Americans then I must pity you.

  • @MallarRallam Well, we don't speak like that. I would know, I was born in this country and my family were too. I know how i sound. This is a stereotype to british people and it isn't true. Its like us saying all americans are overweight. Are they? no. So do we all speak like that? no.

  • @RednaxelaMLP It's a stereotype, that's the joke. A lot of Americans are overweight and I and most other people in Britain don't sound like Americans.

  • @MallarRallam I know thats the joke, I'm not at all offended by this, i find this very funny. When i said American sounding, i ment compared to this. I was just pointing it out to those people who do actually believe we talk like this (Yes, people do.)

  • @RednaxelaMLP Everyone here knows it's a stereotype. I'm annoyed when an english person complains on a video like this, 'We don't sound like this,' etc. It's very irritating.

  • @MallarRallam Understood. Sorry about that.

  • @MallarRallam Why is it irritating?

  • @ThroughRock Because on any video like this there's always english people complaining, 'We don't sound like this.' Again and again and again. Everyone already knows it's a stereotype, so they should shut up. The people complaining are just too stupid to realize that everyone knows it's a stereotype.

  • @MallarRallam So therefore by your logic I'ts perfectly acceptable for me to say that Americans are fat and lazy people who eat McDonalds every single day, and it doesn't matter because everyone knows it's just a stereotype.

  • @OfflineBanking exactly

  • Ahem...not British...more like English.

  • Good show old chap. A smashing good show indeed *gets shot*

This is hilarious! *gets a few nods*

  • Would happily watch the whole series like this if it happened to be a British cartoon.

  • why is "japanese" in the tags?

  • since when is "british" a race? thought they were caucasian. well, but that explains a lot...

  • @nate22i Caucasian is generally referring to skin tone. European white, in modern usage.

Historically, it was to describe the general physical type of Europe and some of North Africa.

Wikipedia has more, and is my source in this matter.

  • @ATetrisBlock i think categorizing people by their race was banished a long time a go anyways, but i think we can both agree that "british" isn't a race, right? :D

  • @nate22i Categorising as far as recognition is a good thing, just saying. In things like.. CSI, they'll say "Caucasian male, late 20s; killed by blah blah blah".

But yes, being British is a geopolitical thing; not related to ancestry or phenotype.

    This is more "English" anyway.

A Scottish stereotype version would sound like a female Frankie Boyle arguing with himself.

  • Don't get rid of this video because of a bunch of fools who can't take a joke. So many other people love it. I'd miss it if you got rid of it.

  • i don't get i'm english, and LITERALLY EVERYONE TALKS LIKE THIS. PIP PIP CHEERIO, BITCHES. GET THE BUTLER.

  • @crowehskyull12 You are indeed correct, my good sir. This is the standard notation and vocalisation for good equines such as ourselves when communicating to our colleagues and acquaintances across the world-wide network of information-exchanging computing machines.

Indeed, I am most puzzled as to those who believe that talking like this is incorrect. When that happens, I personally however do THIS with my hands!

    GRAALRGHHARGLERAGH!

  • @crowehskyull12 Lol what? I'm English to and I have NEVER heard anyone talk like that.. where are you from? Cambridge?

  • @metalqueenofnothing

    it's a joke.

  • @crowehskyull12 same here WHY THEY MAKE US SOUND SO POSH

  • so what so you will put down the video and not a single fuck will be given that day...

  • @spdzodzo I'm sorry I think I'm a moron but I can't quite read what you said.

  • @Koppu1doragon it doesn't matter anyway, this is internet

  • But... but... this video is amazing. Bronies, Y U NO calm down?

  • I'm not offensive in the slightest and i find this British.

  • Pfft! That's SOOO 1843! In 2012 we speak like..."Oi mate...you 'uckin' startin' lad?

  • This is excellent. Please continue!

  • 1. Turn on transcribe audio.

    2. go to 0:23.

    3. enjoy

  • @TheKuteBeagle

RD: 'well that was an absolute rotter'

Caption: 'but I think that's a bit better'
