  • the microwave oven makes sense; the early ones were tweaked with a huge step-up transformer to bump up the (US) 1115-120 volts to thousands to fuel the magnetron. I have the "EZ" model (love it), and hope to get the bigger version soon!

  • here the cost per kw is 14.5 cent per kw here in australia.and the line voltage is 240 v

    i just got the australian vers of this. its connected to my comp right now.
