@ 2zeigh2 this is because he momentarily syncs his time signature with a rhythm of the train track beat, the silence of the crowd allowing it to happen. (approx 2:40) amazing theatrical timing on his part, from a very, very good ear. He's controling all the music at that particular moment, so why not sync the time signature with whatever the world gives you?
