I have tried all the same medicines that you have; currently take Zoloft, Klonopin, muscle relaxer, B12 - I gave up my two pain meds. Trying melatonin time-release caps this week to see if they help ringing in my ears per recent research. I hope you become a doctor! You would help many people!

acetaminophen is tylenol, on the last medication you picked up are you sure you didn't mean ibuprophen(which can ulcerate the stomach)

No, Vicodin is not illegal to take if your doctor prescribes it to you like mine has, don't worry.
