  • Here's a little poem for us people with a TRACHEOTOMY.

No one cannot hear you speak no one cannot hear you cry no one cannot hear your cry for help but only when you've done something wrong then they only come to help. The quiet voice that sits in the corner oh hear me can somebody hear me but no one doesn't the tear that drops when you suffer alone from the ordinary things the normal voices go through still no one hears you when you get done for it. How the quiet voice grows in the night.

  • Don't you have a speaking valve then on your trachy?

    Tried a silver trachy?

  • This is a joke, right? That patient just got that trachea stabbed a good 10 times. I hope that patient heals.

  • i creamed a lot when i had a tracheostomy

  • I know i'm abit late, but what age are you?

  • your asleep?

  • The doctors are Greeks. The one who speaks most of the time, has the characteristic accent of the Cretan habitants. The problem is that the patient has edema in his/her trachea. They don't argue at all. They try to pass the tube without causing a bigger damage to the trachea and the one who operates says that because of the edema the trachea is bloated and difficult to be passed through.

  • didn't understand what they said (spanish?) but it sounds like they're argueing what to do next^^

  • What's with the pulse oximeter?

    I hear one going off.

  • It is not the pulse ox going off, it is the ventilator alarm.

  • Tracheotomy makes your voice broken like a sore throat after the Tracheotomy on your kneck. Then the world is very different for you even though you attend to lead a normal life. You start to get treated different when you begin to speak husky croacky almost like a Dalek from Dr. Who. Had a Tracheotomy too and so has Anne Chalston who use to play Madge Bishop in "Neighbours". Locals accuse U of shouting they say there's no such thing as Tracheotomy cause they don't know what it is explained.

  • yeah...in the field we have like 45 seconds.

  • eugenio stressino cassanello performed tracheostomies in the XIX century in montevideo, uruguay in only 30 seconds... with candle lights and on a kitchen table...

  • Am I the only person who thinks that 4:16 mins is SLOW to get a trach in? Kinda scary.......

  • He must have been intubated.

  • Muito Bom
