well not everything is quite free here...

schools are very strict, smoking (tabacco) is very strict on locations, drinking age in pubs just went up to 18 and party bars to 21...

not everything is that fun... in the early years smoking age (weed) was 16 now its 18...

it gets worse every year :(

Don't feel too bad. Here in Canada, drinking age is either 18 -19, no smoking ANYWHERE inside public places and we have no coffeeshops. Be thankful my dutch friend that you have coffeeshops.

I live in Turkey, middle eastern country so the laws are not really strict. If you are 11 you are able to get cigarettes and alcohol.
