Yes, in a way, it does, but not in a sexual, perverted way, but because it releases a "feel good" chemical in the milk let-down process to help bond mother & child, because, after all, breast feeding is an arduous task for both. "Does it hurt?"--When mother/child are first learning how to breast feed, it CAN hurt for mother...

It's truly a remarkable experience for both that is impossible to replicate in other areas of life.
