wow, didn't know you responded, next time click on "Reply" so I'll be alerted. the cog is good, my nerves were bad. after hearing the engine change pitch I freaked out and lost. all I wanted to do was land and I couldn't for some reason find the right approach. when I checked the tank after crashing it had about 2 drops in it. about that wing, yes I can use it. the only damage was the right wing , the cowl, engine mount, prop. so yeah I could use the wing, let me know?
Oh sorry it took so long! Ok, I clicked Reply this time! Ok, send me private message with your shipping address, and we will work it out, if you still need a Right Wing.
Yesterday I took some lessons with an instructor but not on the raptor, that's on sun. Anyway went out on my own and had trouble getting her up. I had a 3 blade 10/8.3 and it wouldn't get off the ground.the field had pretty much grass but still. I tried on a road near the field but it is short and there's corn on the other end.
Anyway so I change the prop to the stock and manage to get it up but just barely and it wasn't flying right at all. I did have a nice landing but when I tried taking her up again again I ended up not clearing the corn stocks on take off. It sounded so loud I thought I totaled it. Stock prop broke 2 blades but it sucked anyway. Ruined the left wing droop but I still have one from the other plane, already fixed but the wing does have some dings and scrapes
still usable but it was brand new. Mark tell what kind of prop are you running man, this is getting frustrating dude. I know you have a bigger engine and a 2 blade. I tried to get one today but they didn't have the cone so I ordered it. Then there is the height issue. I need to fix for Sun. Get back to me bud?
Sorry it took so long bro! You should really post up your F-22 questions to the RC Universe forum. I am running Ev0 .52 and APC 10x7, which works better than 10x6 for me. Yes you need a two-blade. Yes the prop is closer to the ground but you can put a bigger front wheel to help. You gotta flare on landing and touch the rear wheels first, ideally with no bounce. It takes a slight push of throttle just before touchdown to nail it. Also, make sure Fresh Fuel and Glow Plug! Ground Test first!
Ohh dude bummer! Nice vid of the crash though! Yep I bought me another cheap RTF off ebay - so I got spare parts too! I have an extra Right Wing too if you need! In this vid, it looks like you were struggling a bit - are you fighting the plane from going nose-up/nose down too wildly? If so, re-check your CG! Could be tail heavy!

Just recked after running out of fuel, right into a pole. I am so pissed but the good news is I still have 2 more.
