Yeah, it's like rocketfuel for your face. I don't know, she gave me some steroids and minocycline first until I can get a dermatologist to treat me while I'm away at school, and it's actually working rather well. I agree, I often get trapped in questions too. But I'm getting better at being an asshole :)

Some people just ask the rudest questions. It's bad enough to feel like a science project - but these people are about as far from scientists as you can get! God, I HOPE they're not scientists or we're ALL in trouble! ...then again it would explain a lot :-)

I'm with you on people's questionable choice of idols & icons. I guess some people just like the frosting, others the cake ...but some appreciate Milk. ;-)

Also, I love Carson Kressley. Have you even seen How To Look Good Naked? He teaches women to embrace their bodies no matter what size they are. That is a very positive message, so why not look up to him? Not to mention he's effin hilarious. Saw him at True Colors tour. It was awesome.

Also, when people ask me whether I had the amniocentesis I feel like asking them when their last pap smear was. Or whether I would have kept her..this is my fucking CHILD we're talking about, not some faulty appliance or something, and I've suffered greatly in any number of ways with this experience. Why the hell would I want to talk about it to a complete stranger? It also shits me because there's any number of way they could get that info without hurting my feelings.

OOH this is EXACTLY how I feel with people's reactions to my child with disabilities. Even though of course, it is a completely different situation, I feel that there are many similarities as well- in fact, apart from other people whose children have special needs, the people who seem to have the closest understanding are in the tg community. Yeah, I'm totally sick of people who seem to think that me being trans automatically gives them the right to ask me the most personal questions possible, like about my genitals and shit. What the fuck? How is that okay? (p.s. I was typing that before you actually said anything about genitals in the video.. wow, lol..)
