dan, i started raw food a month ago. went 100% raw and made smoothies, cuz i dont have a juicer. second week on smoothies i had no bowel movement at all.. 3rd week i ate a cookie then i had a bowel movement. y is dat so? i ve lot 4 kilos to date. slow and steady
what is your daily diet? i'm transitioning and can't juice either and have been having smoothies, just one in the mornings, i'm going 100% raw vegan this wk and i dont want to encounter this :S I have no probs with BMs but i have alot of beans in my diet right now too lol ;)
