started the phentermine yesterday only had a 1/2 pill and felt good till like 5 hours after then just a little shaky. today first whole pill and scared..lol so do you know if u can use afrin when on this or not? also can u do caffinee? thanks you guys are great

Oh yes! The "ditzy-blond" and forgetfulness is totally a side effect of the pill! I must admit, I too suffered with these symptoms in a smaller way before Phentermine, but it increased incredibly afterwards! Good news: It lessons over time! ;-D

Congrats on your 2.7 miles in 35 min. That's really great timing. It's wonderful that you two have each other to compare side effects with. I'm sure it gets a bit funny at times too. :-)
