I'd like to think the awesomeness of the match is tearing the fabric of space and time but it's probably the VOD lagging or a glitch in the youtube conversion of the video.

Most likely this was somebody's live stream of the finals, and they posted it here to let everyone watch it ASAP. In a day or two somebody will probably upload a better quality video from a TV capture.

This game shows how T is imba vs Z. T can do a cheese, 8 proxy rack and even if it failed, he can come back easily. Z however, if he tries to cheese, 5 pool for example, and if it fails, Z's economy is screwed.

While you may have a point that Terran have more and better options for early cheese, what this game REALLY shows is that, when you see your Terran opponent going mech, block your ramp! It's very likely you'll see a vulture rush/harass. Jaedong had more than enough units to stop this rush but they were out of place at the crucial moment. Since his sunken was already up, a single hydra on the ramp would have done the trick.

idiot You cant compare 5 rax with 5 pool. T can get early rines w/o sacrificing econ (8 rax) because they have a separate facility for worker production (CC and rax). Why the hell would a Terran go 5 rax and kill their econ when they can do almost the same thing for better econ?

Z on other hand, HAS to 5 pool for early ling production cuz they need to save up larva since their system makes them share worker production with units. And they need it earlier cuz few marines can block ramp with scv
