@7ych0 Actually the apathy factor in the current generations is a factor. The people in power have learned that if they drag something out long enough the majority will stop caring, or caring enough to be an issue. The Rain Forest, War in Iraq, Same Sex Marriage, and now again with the Gulf Oil Spill, how long did it take before the majority switched to the next big gossip from the serious issues?
