I use to have so much resentment towards my stepdad , but I realized he tries the best he can , and sometimes I can be so ugly and mean to him , but he can be the same way to me. no matter how mad or how many arguments we get into , I just realize he's done more for me in the past couple years then my own father
Go easy on step parents. Sometimes they are doing the best they know how. Sometimes we get so filled with resentment that we forget not to be mad at them too.
I have been dealing with a step dad since i was about 8. He has pushed me into clothes baskets, kitchen counter tops, yelled at me, and tried to choke me!!!!! But some how I still think of him as the father figure that I'm growing up with!!!!!!

I can't say I hate him because the shit he put me through made me stonger but I can say i hate the way he makes my mom cry! The way he has sent my family away the way he has put me and my brother out! hes so freaking bad this makes me cry!
