Actually, Marisa Karisame and Alice Margatroid are characters from the game Touhou Project created by Zun and published by Team Shanghai Alice. More specifically, Alice is the stage 3 boss from Touhou 7, Perfect Cherry Blossom (among a few of the other games) and Marisa is one of the two main playable characters. This song is a remix of Alice's theme "Doll Judgment ~ The Girl who Played with People's Shapes " from Perfect Cherry Blossom. Check the wiki for more info.
