The author of this video says it's a SPOOF. Obviously the "voice" is not the pilot or Hunk. It's likely the author himself narrating through the parallel scenes of Ada and Leon's progress- which, by itself, is cool. I doubt you can find that voice at all in the game.

Separate Ways is available on PS2 & Wii versions, you can unlock after clearing Leon's game. You can unlock once you clear each scenarios.
