@andraws11 Honestly I think you'd be better off buying online. I shipping & waiting's a pain but it's looking like your best bet. Part City is the typical carrier of them, but unfortunately they are in the US only. if there is a costume (or maybe even party supply) store within your vicinity you, you should try them first. i buy mine from costumediscounters(dot)com. they're good if you want to buy a lot like I do because the price is so low. The lighted 3 is electroluminescent (EL) wire threaded through some parts of the mask and glued in place. Because of all this, it costs quite a bit more than the others. I'd say with wire and all you'd find yourself at $50 for that one. I wish it could be less but that's just how much the parts are. If you're still interested hit me up, or let me know if you'd like a different one.

@ThePurpleCum Why thank you! I technically still do have the mask, but the lights were removed a long time ago due to a bizarre wiring issue. Even so, I don't know if I'd be willing to sell it yet. I think I explained the lighted 3 earlier, but if not I will give you the gist of it. It is blue electroluminescent (EL) wire threaded through small holes in the bottom, middle and top of the mask. I then glued it in place and wired it to a battery pack/switch that I held on my belt. Hope this helped!
