The crossfit community taught me not to accept that bull and provided me with the answers.
Good stuff. Those sedentary overweight docs who tell poeple "squats are bad for the knees" drive me crazy. Not squatting is bad for your knees. If you want to keep your car free from wear and tear - don't use it. If you want to prevent your joints from degeneration: use them. Knees need (correct) movement and load.

am inspired. I've been having knee pain for years. out of nowhere am doing squats. good job.
