put 88-89 integra d16a1 pistons in it. it will take u to 12.6-1 compression. right now with a y8 head ur probably around 11.1 which aint to bad.. but go higher :D

176 seems over the top but 110-125 is a joke dude. 106 is the stock HP dor D16y7. 138 is stock for D16y8 (EX). Look it up. Now add a P&P job, IM, Exhaust, & a nice Cam you should be seeing at least 147. You can see that Dyno on youtube. Look forward to running mine!
