I loved this show as a little girl ~ I am now 38. I will catch it on TV and watch with my 17 year old daughter. I intend to buy the complete series soon. I wish they had more shows like LITTLE HOUSE on today. We would probably have a gentler society. This was funny, wholesome and touching. I loved it!

Thanks for posting the clip from this totally wonderful, wholesome show which seems to be lacking on tv lately. We always loved the theme too! Can barely find anything decent to watch on tv anymore. Will have to just watch dvds of shows from years ago!

Hello jhdtunjnvjndx, The theme song was the same throughout the whole series until the show became "Little House: A New Beginning" then they changed the song by speeding up the tempo a little.

The name means: Crown/annulus.

It´s all the same: Stefan, Steven (Steve), Etienne, Stefano, Esteban. Female form in Germany: Stefanie. You all right?

Hi comeonfolks. No, there are not two versions of the theme song. The first song you hear is the opening theme for the show. The second song you hear is the song they play as the show is ending. :o)

There are several versions of the begin and ending tune, it changed by country of broadcasting and changed by time but the main theme always stayed, one of the best tv-tunes ever made
