Sorry I just realized I hadn't replied to your question. The mouldboards and shares etc used to come from our local forge which sadly has been gone for several years. What my brother does now is to build the whole lot up with welding before it wears too much using the very hard weld rods and then passes the grinder over them. Sorry I can't help you more than that.
