In the second gate you can hide behinde a wall and hack it.

The last gate its easier to use the sniper.

To destroy the heart i dont know which is the best charackter but i use the normal soldier.

You can't do 2p chapter x. But it really doesn't matter since the maps are the same. You just don't have the cutscenes.
