actually burgers are healty meal...but coz of the drizzling of SO CALL sauces which turn it to FAT CATEGORIES ... the fact burger consists of bun(carboh), meat(protein), cheese(protien & fat& calcium), vege(minerals&roughage as well), and mayo(fats)...

the meat must purely LEAN NO FAT ADDED MEAT.....that's all....so burgers are healthy diet.....:))
