Someone mentions "overplaying" -- To some degree, I agree that you MAY be overplaying. When I say MAY; I mean that your drumming doesn't sound bad at all. On the contrary, I think it sounds very cool.
If I were sufficiently conservative, I would rate it 4 stars, but I think it is fair to give you 5 stars for technique and personal artistic expression.
You DO lose the soul of the sound, but you have much more that weighs up for that. I really hope you keep drumming; you're a great drummer.
Many times I've posted a video to youtube after taking ten minutes to PERFECTLY align the video and audio, and youtube goes and funks up the timing on me. So then I have to make the video WRONG so that youtube's issues will make it RIGHT again... :P
Yeah, I know. And I posted it anyway cause I don't care. I recorded this after I had been playing random songs for about an hour. After that, every song sounds too slow. I wasn't even trying for accuracy. 5 or 6 of the songs you see on my channel were recorded THE SAME DAY and in THE SAME SESSION. Good ear. :D

dude, you're obviously good--but work on your timing. Between the 1st and 3rd measures, you're all over the map. 16th and 32nds are WAAY off
