Almost like a hymn to lost love. Who gets through life without having stood in those shoes somewhere along the way?

One of my favorite bits is at 4:34-4:38 where the fiddle heads south as the pedal steel soars up northward. The emotional effect is like tears flowing.

And one of my favorite lines is "there's nothing like regret to remind you you're alive". Painfully true.
