  • thunderstruck????????? no i'm sorry

    try to do it better

  • if you're thinking about buying an epipone guitar, just go with a les paul studio. much better for not that much more money

  • you suck at playing AC/DC songs

  • good job i'll have to give it a go!

  • hey.. u werent bad =D... highway to hell was good... its just that u were off beat.. all u need was a drum beat =D and thinderstruck was great too.. i cant do it that fast yet lmao.. XD

  • whats the song he plays from 1:30 to 1:55?

  • Thunderstruck - AC/DC

  • thx

  • @arsenalfan031 How can you dont know it ? :O :O :D

  • Hey , good job.

Looking forward to some more vids from you.

Just a suggestion but I would move the amp from under the desk as it will effect the sound , especially when recording

  • Thanks for the comment

Yeah, even though this isn't my best playing, I may upload some vids in the future. Subscribe and maybe I will =D

And thanks for the tip on the amp under the desk, I'll try that next time

  • This was uploaded on Tom DeLonge's 33rd birthday. :)

  • sweet. i officially dedicate this to him :D

  • which guitar would you guys says better the epi g400 or the epi goth??(:

    please get backxD

  • Epiphone G400. Trust me, I've been playing for 3 years now.

  • pretty good tone for the amp you're using.

i love epiphone sgs. sound better than a squier like i have.

  • Pretty good tone? For shame!!! This amp is terrible, and I strongly suggest any level player from begginer to advanced to stay as far away from this piece of junk! I'm currently saving for the B52 AT-112, and recommend that you do too. It's all tube, and only $369.99! Tube is much better than this solid state garbage....anyways.....have fun and ROCK ON!

  • hey cool when you was self taught for 6 months how good were you? cause im self for 6 months

  • 6 months? I was NOT good at 6 months. I've been self taught for only about, oh, 3 years :)

  • ohh im gonna make a video explaining my progress and tell me if im good for 6 months self taught

  • I watched your Nirvana how-to-play video. You seem to go off-beat alot. Try using a metronome (buy a BOSS Dr. Beat, only about $40) or use FREE guitar backing tracks. A backing track is the song you want to play without the guitar part. Here's a good website: double u double u double u dot guitarbackingtrack dot c o m. (double u=w) Hopes this helps....

    P.S. I'm not spamming websites!

  • hey did you get lessons or self teach

  • I am self taught, and now 100000x better than I was when I filmed this video.

  • good stuff. upgrade the amp

  • Wow, you are sooooo cool. How about you lame Australians get a life and do something else other than whine about other people. Oh, and I don't see your 100 million viewed AC/DC cover video.

Put anotha' shrimp on the barby, loser!

  • Whoa, man, take a chill pill. Do you like to go on YouTube and insult 12 year olds because they are better at guitar and life than you? I'll bet your 28-30 years old, you have no life, you live in your parents basement, unmarried, and weigh at least 300 pounds.

    Crikey, mate!

  • lol

  • you do know that angus was born in england and then moved to australia when he was 1

  • If Angus Young is who you're talking about, he was born in Glasgow, Scotland, then moved to Australia when he was 8. If you're not talking about Angus Young, then my bad.

  • oh he moved when he was 8 my bad i thought that when he could travel by air that he moved and i still classify scotland as england i no that it isnt but its still easier for me to call it england

  • lol k

  • Nice

  • Thanks! I took a look at your video. Good job, but next time I recommend you play a few different AC/DC songs with some distortion! I started when I was about 10, so I understand. I'm only 12 and I've inspired kids at my school to play!

  • but another good way is to put the treble on 10 bass on 9 or both on 10 with dist at 5-7

  • pretty good but its but to use your bass pickup if you have such high treble sound

  • Thanks for the comment. The setting I played this on had the bass rolled to around 6-7, plus it was on the "Metal" setting. I am sad to say that my camera is the REAL culprit behing those noises!

    Thanks for watching!

  • did you use any pedals with this? cuz i have the same amp, and can't seem to get that sorta sound.... maybe i am imagining things.... so yeah... pedals?

  • Well, in this video I didn't use any pedals. To get that sort of "AC/DC" tone, go on Crunch (recommended), Metal, or Insane, then max the drive and treble. Zero out the bass and mid.

By the way, I do have a variety of pedals that are not used in this video.

  • cool thanks! nice video

  • Thanks. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

  • Oh, and by the way - It might be your guitar. The SG was Angus Young's guitar of choice.

  • Pretty Good Man, Keep It Up!

  • Thanks, bro, but this ain't my best playing =D
