Bach's message is that it is the individual sinner who is responsible for Christ's suffering and death. It was what Christ wanted. It is wrong to act against Jewish people in this context. To do so misses the point of the piece.

Christian anti-Jewish sentiment comes through in this section of the passion. It's disfiguring, though it's not Bach's fault.  It's in the New Testament, for a variety of reasons.

Any form of Anti-jewish sentiment is wrong. The bible is right however (even though I am not christian)It is not anti-jewish sentiment . it is fact
