And let me add a note, here.What did the British do when they colonized Australia? They did the same thing that was done to the Native Americans, they conquered and destroyed the people, sold the children over seas, and the people had to accept christianity in order to get proper rights as human beings. Actually, they weren't sold overseas. They were rounded up here under the guise of state care, those that weren't "shot out" to clear land, lined up & given their new religion depending on which line they were in & sent off to convents to learn the 'right' way until they were old enough to be put to work by the state. Their religion in no way guaranteed human rights.
We aussies are not all racists, those that are are just cowards too scared to analyse history & themselves honestly.

i disagree. some people need to distinguish others through color so they say "white folk" "black folk". but you dont have to. some people try to be more pc. i just circumnavigate the whole situation by using other defining characteristics. i say "redhead" quite a bit. but only because i keep telling everyone i know about the same woman. anyway i understand what you mean.
