Search case #2:2008cv04083 where Obama is a Defendant and is being accused of not being a natural born Citizen. See if you can find any documents proving his place of birth and that his father is a US Citizen. Please tell me Y Obama spends so much money defending his b-certificate? ITS BECAUSE HE IS A FAKE!! I had a guy point me to this video who claimed that even if Obama had been born in Hawaii, his mother hadn't been a citizen long enough for him to be natural born. This is exactly the kind of ignorance that makes me so scornful of this movement. US law says NATURAL BORN citizens must be born on US soil. Nothing regarding the parents matters in that equation- if mom and dad were from mars, you'd still be a natural born citizen if you were born in America.

Berg is mistaken about one point. Even if Obama has a birth certificate from Hawaii, he and McCain are neither Natural Born Citizens. There's case at the Supreme Court now that claims that both parents have to be citizens, AND you have to be born on US soil. Contrary to popular belief US military bases outside the US are NOT US soil! That means ALL of McCain's and Nader's Electoral votes go to Nader! Go Ralph!
