  • Draw reins are not a curse, they are your friend. But if you use them too much then your horse will become crap. Try using other methods too. The main thing is to get your horse comfortable and supple.

  • Your horse looks like a thoroughbred. I have a thoroughbred too, and she is more comfortable with a full sized saddle pad. I would suggest you using one and seeing if your horse likes it better.

  • Such a handsome horse!

  • That horse is bloody amazing -_- nice coat!! And extremely tall

  • i like doing half seat even know im not riding hunter

  • Awesome awesome awesome! You did a great job, the horse is beautiful( and big!) you looked great and confident.

  • how old are the horses there about? and the horses are really pretty

  • You look great and did a good job.

  • @TheJumperChick and if u ride ur horse wth draw riens u let go all the control u may of had on the head/neck there was a six year old at my old barn that wore draw riens almost all her life up until her curent owner now heard is down like in between her legs like. She has no front end

  • @bestgirl99x

    Its because shes doing hunters

Ur supposed to do that on hunters it called half seat

  • thats very good riding better then me xD how long have u been riding? and btw beutifull horse and u have a very nice trainer too :D i want her as mine :DDD

  • I'm doing horseback riding soon too!

  • May I ask why u r wearing spurs with him when ur coach is asking u to hold him back, which I want to do but make sure u release with ur hands over the jump and not hold onto his mouth

  • Your trainer sounds exactly like mine O_o

  • nice video

  • Yhur a bit to much up his neck bcuz if he would of refused tha yhu would of fallen over his head take this as advice :)

  • when i ride i have max collected as Mrs.tammy tells me and i ceep his head down by bumping him not pulling

  • yur trainer is telling yu to hold back.. holding back is not what yu need.. what yu need is fo your horse's head to be lower and softer.. right now he is fighting the bit.. you might want to ride in draw rains to get him to resist. also try pushing him foward once yu get his head down.. Gorgouse horse btw !

  • @TheJumperChick you should never have to use draw reigns on a horse, they mostly just teach it to come off of the bit and to be afraid of the contact, to teach a horse to have a lower headset and to still be soft in the mouth you need to use basic dressage principles... not cheap hardware

  • she remindes me of my trainer

  • Very nice!

  • your very lucky because ur trainer sounds nice and ur horse is beautiful. Very good riding

  • he is a beaitful horse. lol

  • i want that trainer!! she sounds awesome!

  • you have a realy nice horse there and you are a good rider.
