@animetsuki13 It is basically a slot machine, you can put your money in, push the button, and hope it gives you a good item, one that hopefully is perma.

Once the meter is filled up, from using it a bit, you can use " chance " it basically lets you pick which item, color, and + 1 - 5, it may give you the ones you choose.

Also its random if the item lasts for 1 - perma.
