A Morris 8 series E sidevalve, I can smell it now. A wind open front window, which was a help when driving in foggy weather, and a must have starting handle.
Those were the days old arty 1962ish.
Good grief, am I that old, better go before I pop off.
my first car was a FREE truck. 1994 eddie bauer F150 4x4. i had to rebuil the whole truck (thats why it was free) it had the 351w, which was punched out .030 and supercharged built e40d trans. spool rear end locker up front. that thing would smoke all 4 tires. i drove it about 6 months. it was the fastest vehicle in the student parking lot. but as with all high power vehicles in kids hands i blew it up doing a burnout and managed to shot a piston out the oil pan WHOLE!!!
I just got my very first car, a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu...not so cool
I wanted a classic dub, not this car, but I plan on flipping it soon. My friend's grandmother has a '76 VW bus thats been sitting for years that I want to buy off her.
Dang, you deleted the 1st vid you made of this along with my comment lol!
My 1st Vehicle - 1983 Isuzu truck (1.6L petrol engine) - slow (90kmh top speed), gutless, rusty and unreliable, but still plenty of fun (esp fitting 4 people across its bench seat!) - solid body though, particularly when it hit a farmers steel gate - gate and fenceposts disintegrated, causing no damage to the truck!... - It expired when it blew the conrod on a river bridge - with a full load of firewood on the back!
Right after I got my driving license my Dad got another car and I got his old rusty car ... had it for 2 more months but I would ever buy it again (but hard to find it since the old Audis were pretty rusty):
Audi 80 LS (Type 81) ... not sure about the year of manufacture ... think it was 1979 or 1980 ... and I got it in January 1994.
My first car i got about a week ago its a 1994 ford taurus SHO

My very first car is a Wolseley Hornet Mk.III.
I'm about to fix it up as my parents locked it away in the garage for about 16 years.

An interesting conversion approach - although the Merkurs themselves would be getting rare now?
