The video came out in 97. But when videos are made they sometimes get put on the shelf until ready to be released. More than likely this video was made in Summer 96 right BEFORE Tupac died (Pac didn't get shot until September). Look closely at 2:34 same outfit Tupac is wearing in the video "Made Niggaz" coincidence? No it's not a coincidence, because that IS Tupac. Which indicates they squashed their beef right before he passed.

To clear things up, YES that is Tupac at 2:34. Yes, the video came out around 98 but who said the video was recorded in 98? Actually, it was released in 97 chances are they recorded it in summer 96 Pac died in 96 September(fall). Videos get recorded and get put on hold and get released when the time is right. Pause the video if you have to, clearly that's Pac. Why hasn't Lauryn Hill confirmed this and spoke why he was it? Who knows, either way it's Pac.
