Good information except towards the end, prematurely exited. Where I would have to reload the video and seek to the track I was on. Which became annoying quickly. Audio of course could improve, was hard to understand some of the things that were said.

No they're not reading any Gmail user's email. Firstly, they learn much more about Gmail usage by looking at statistics than by reading individual e-mails. What does happen is that spam filters and ad targeting programs scan it. Never humans.
