@knoxville363 They are, pocketnow has the official press images leak. I would get it but currently I have an epic 4g flashed to boost and the display on the lowest brightness already triggers migraines for me so I could only imagine this display on the optimus black since its even brighter.

Should be upgradeable to 2.3 now and the battery life is average only. Set it to 35% brightness and it's still brighter than 70% of iPhone 4

I have this with Virgin. its the best and smartest thing I have ever done. It is not the quality of Verizon service. There are lapses in service for a few minutes. I dont care because I use very little voice and everything else is fantastic. I have customized this phone to the nth degree....it is fantastic....$25 a month its amazing...

I have just spent some time with this handset, a friends new purchase.

The screen isnt anything special, compared with Samsungs GS2 it's not close. Has the same effect as alot of HTC devices, It's almost cloudy in natural day light.

@INMATE2468  it may seem laggy, but keep in mind if it's coming to Virgin Mobile USA, we can assume it's gonna be stock android. That will speed up the phone since it has no LG UI on top of it. Plus. 9/10 chance It's gonna be shipped with gingerbread. So that should take away the lag hopefully. The phone looks pretty good. If it comes to VMUSA, I'm getting it lol.
