here in the city such a mulching device was used to clear a heavily grown over brownfield.

It went over an abandonned (but obviously not empty) bottle of propane.

local broadcasting stations had nice scenery to send coverage...

The driver suffered severe burns, but he managed to get out of the machine before it melted down.
