No.. at the very very end they tell each other tht they love eachother but it's too late as Owen's been kicked out. They never kiss or anything.. It's one of those stories where they're always looking at eachother and get almost do.. but dont (Grr) and there's all these really sweet scenes and clips and it's pretty obvious but they never realise until the very end (amazing episode- you have to watch. I cried SO MUCH every time i watched it and I've seen it well over 20 times lol)
