He's is done it will never pass, bush thinks he is king and is really an idiot tyrant, and if you think he is doing this for any other reason than to import cheap slave labor that will mostly be Mexican in the USA you are dumber than him, the only reason he is for this is because his billionaire buddies will be able to use millions of illegal on z-visas and pay them substandard wages to what Americans would require.
