Very lovely voice, but you are playing the wrong chords. It looks like you're playing G-D-Em-C (and I see the capo on the first fret, so it's up a half step). The actual chords are C#-D#-G#-Fm. Personally, I play it in C# on piano, but I play it in C (making the chords C-D-G-Em) on guitar. I just find easier that way, but it's your guitar, so play it how you like.
