maby a vortex spawned by a glich and was going down hill

cos vortex drift for a long time after going down hill if they hit a wall they stop . i know this cos i spawned one it whent down hill and took forever for me to catch

It's probably a mistake while the game was being developed. The vortex was probably made to spawn somewhere there but maybe a mistake happened.

it is not a ghost because it is accidentally spawned on a slope but the part you shot at the vortex i was FREAKED out when it moved but they call it a "glitch".

i believe u have to pass the game first to see the ghost vortex.if u don't do the mission ''end of the line'' i don't think u will see the ghost vortex.thts wat i heard.idk really,but i think u have to do tht mission and pass it.can someone tell me if u do have to pass the game to see it.i'm gonna do myth videos soon.

Sigh...This is what happens when you scare some children with stories of ghosts in games, they believe that a vehicle that spawns in a slope is actually a vehicle with a ghost in it. It's a simple glitch, not something supernatural. But i know, it's more fun to believe it to be a ghost rather than simple physics.

it just drifted into the water with gravity and continued along with momentum then when you shot it with the mini gun that forced it to move since the mini gun is so powerful try shooting one shot it pushes a lot of things away and as for the spray that happens on all boats when they explode! Including the fact that once a boats engines are turned on the cant be turned of so you still see it spinning and bubbles are shot out etc. and the fact that you start you films with your fraps is on weird?

the vortex ghost driver is REAL . Eventually the vortex goes BOOM and sinks , still running under water . it can be found N W corner of map near boating school . No one has shot it , pushed it , or bumped it . REAL !!!!!!

the slope of the beach hill caused it to go in to the water. thats why it wasnt moving when you stood on it. then when you shot it with the mini gun, the force from the bullets hitting the vortex caused it to move

I do realize and remember this the case being is that rock star game designers had made a mishap which had a motorized vehicle automatically self driving it has been in described and was not caught as a mistake for the game before it was released due to the myths progressing the game designers had decided not to fix this as it would be a popularity boost along with the other myths making the public want to "see for themselves" in the game. -Kia The Dead

My explanation, Since the vortex is on a hill the natural forces of gravaty is forcing the vortex is getting pushed down. It stopped because u got in the way and it kept going in the water because it already had gained speed from the hill. Also it moved again because the mini gun is very powerful so the bulltets themself were pushing the vortext. And last, when it blew up, the vortex kept moving because of the force of the blast

it was explained that this is only a glitch, due to the vortex spawning on the slope and the sand being picked up giving it a ghostly look. A lot of the simple myths like ghost cars, lockness monster, etc. are explained on The GTA wiki.
